4th March Pancake Day. - home made sweet and savoury pancakes to tempt everyone

7th March Carers Coffee Morning,  10am to 12 noon a welcoming space for Carers to share experience and get support. Come and meet our caring professionals.

17th March St Patrick’s Day  – join us for lunch with an Irish flavour

19th March  Quiz n’ Chips Evening , 7pm at the Glaven Centre.  Make up a team of 6 or join in on the night. Chips for everyone and bring your own drinks. 

 28th March - Mothering Sunday – a fond celebration of all our Mothers

Not forgetting our regular events:

 Happy Mondays lunch – two delicious hot courses for just £5 – do book ahead with a quick phone call 

 Coffee, Cake and Chat  every Tuesday at 10am– a great way to start the day!

This month we are keeping fit and happy thanks to our seated exercise sessions.  Great for balance and boosts our endorphins.
